How to Calculate
- 1Enter the wall length and height
- 2Select the brick type: Standard, Modular, or Custom
- 3If using custom bricks, enter the brick dimensions (length, width, height)
- 4Enter the mortar joint thickness (default: 10 mm or ~0.4 inches)
- 5Select the wall thickness: Half Brick, One Brick, or One and a Half Bricks
- 6Optionally enable 'Subtract Openings' to subtract doors and windows
- 7If subtracting openings, enter the number and dimensions of doors and windows
- 8Select the unit system: Meters or Feet
- 9Optionally enable waste margin and set the percentage (typically 10%)
- 10Click the Calculate button
- 11View the net wall area and bricks per square meter/foot
- 12See the total bricks needed (rounded up)
- 13Check the waste-adjusted total if waste margin is enabled
